      Update: I contacted ombudsman as well as Citroen HQ. It seems to have had some kind of affect since I got an email from the stealership / importer that they will revoke the invoice and the repair is done under warranty.

      However, the car was once more in for gear adjustment as the first gear pops out. Now it's a little bit better, but still does it occasionally, wonder if that piece of shit will ever get its act together
