Not a bad idea at all and very tastefully done. No silly ram air type scoop but rather a nicely done convection hot air vent. Something that could well come in handy downunder. Often after a hards run on a hot day I prop the bonnet open to look for the water leaks from the turbo (grrrr) and can't help notice the oven opening like rush of hot air.

Interesting. Only thing I am concerned is the shits and snow (in winter) that gets sucked under the bonnet.Citroën DS3 Racing 2011 Polar White

when the car has a "good run" the heat coming out the vents is surprisingly hot, and takes at least an hour to calm down
this bonnet is a spare, and probably only be on for summer months, so not too much rain
however, the vents are quite easy to cover up to stop horrible weather entering the engine bay, by means of a simple easy cover.. tested to over 100mph ;-)
i am thinking about another vent in the centre between the 2 existing ones, but that may be too muchsigpicJog on Noddy
