Just looked that's a pipe Lmao the universal kits are 45 and they go the same way as air box I've made it shorter less strain for the engine

As you look at the engine front on, my OEM air intake is right hand side from behind headlight up to the air box/ filter at the back of engine compartment
Was yours the same?

As see you put cone filter left hand side

Whats under the OEM air box when you take it off?

Yes I belive so the filter box is massive and I derneath is on the left the intake to the engine I took mine left as made the air flow colder however you could do yours to your bonnet vents?

Thats what am thinking. Go from one of the vents with some sort of filter stuck on end

It does mines really throaty atm and I know it's a 63mm pipe just got to do the bends ext I'll look at mine if you like does it go into your turbo at all?

Havent traced it out as yet- got an oil change to do myself soon, so will have a good poke around then, as the airbox pipe has to come off to get to the oil filter

Yeah good idea I think you could do a possible upgrade like forge without the forge pipes

I like the Forge kit, but its well pricey. It also has a connector for the PCV pipework from the THP engine i think
I must have a good prod around, and suss out whats needed

You think yours helps performance at all?
