Oil catch tanks help/advice

I am a bit tight on my budget so i bought one catch tank to start with..
Whats the best layout to connect it? (Inlet hoses or the ones coming back from crankcase/engine?)

Most will do the side first as it is easy to get to. That is the one that is working while the engine is on boost and that is also when the engine produces the most blow by. The back is working when off boost.
