Before i change mine can anyone tell me what this electrical plug is for(the one above the GFB diverter), is it important? Cant really tell whats been done with it in the video

Can not say how many times I have answered this and I am sure it will not be the last. It is a heating element to prevent the PVC vapor from freezing as it enters the intake tract. You do not really need this as I am sure you have discovered it gets hot as balls under the bonnet. Just unplug and tie it out of the way. Enjoy your new intake!Originally posted by cyclone

Out of interest, how noisy are they cruising around 80 on the motorway? I've been considering getting one, but this clip made me think it might be a PITA on the motorway:

Don't know about the noise on the motorway, but I can say after watching that video the psst noise on mine doesn't sound that excessive unless your going hard..sounds like a BOV on the car in the video.Comment
