    Via the French DS3 spirit site I vistited below website from one of the members:

      "Vone-Racing" is a company specialized in the optimization and preparation of motor vehicles as a standard of competition.

      Located in Saint-Etienne, we partner "MP development", we can intervene in many areas with our dealer.

      We have everything needed to develop our own engine management. The use of telemetry allows us to adapt motor behavior to the needs of the user.

      It is thus reprogramming custom, not standard files (copy / paste)

      Any person may request to configure the car as it sees fit, with more or less torque or power. Of course, the updates are free, this is part of a follow-up after the first test validated.

      Regarding rates, they are tight but that is not detrimental to the quality of reprog.
      Our low cost structure, related to the status of self-organization, we can reduce costs and thus offer our customers lower rates from 40 to 50% compared to competition.
      As partner and distributor of "MP development", we benefit from his experience. We also distribute on request the reprogramming of "MP development" with his consent.

      Stages for THP:

      - 1.6 16v THP 150, Stage 1: 195 hp and 310 Nm: 449 €

      - 1.6 16v THP 150, Stage 2 *: 210 hp and 340 Nm: 499 €
      - Treatment Tri-Dan (injection / engine / box)
      - Reinforced Tubing Forge
      - Green Air Filter

      - 1.6 16v THP 150, Stage 3 *: 225 hp and 365 Nm / 235 hp and 380 Nm **: € 549
      - Treatment Tri-Dan (injection / engine / box)
      - Replacement Air Filters BMC CDA or Green (depending on the best)
      - Reinforced Tubing FORGE Motorsport
      - Exchanger volume FORGE Motorsport
      - ** SACH clutch enhanced performance required in this case.

      - 1.6 16v THP 150, Stage 4 *: 250 hp and 380 Nm: 599 €
      - Treatment Tri-Dan (injection / engine / box)

        250 :O I don't think itd be wise to go that far? There's no other of the same engine mapped to that is there? Probably for a reason

          250 with the forge bits and uprated turbo would be about right. Musketter or how ever you say it, managed 230 with out the forge goodies.

            That's because the standard Turbo from the THP will not go that far, and that's why the DS3R turbo upgrade and Forge intercooler is mentioned.
            Internals from the DS3 THP are the same as the Mini Cooper S and 207 RC / GTI, so that's not the issue.

            But I have the same feeling for myself.
            Would be better to stay with the "normal" setup and have 235hp and 380nm of torque

                    So how far can the standard 150thp turbo be turned up to until damage is done? And how do they know what the safe level of boost is?

                      For instance, PSA produces different EP6DT engine outputs [140THP, 150THP, 156THP, 175THP, 200THP....] based on similar engine but for each output there is not just the difference in ECU program but the turbo system and other hardware are unique .
                      They say that every THP has the same Turbo??
                      Not true...

                      THP140 is a downtuned THP156 (for automatic gearboxes)
                      THP150 is the first THP used in the Peugeot 207
                      THP156 is a newer version of the THP150 and has a twinscroll turbo
                      THP175 is the engine from the Peugeot 207 GTI and Mini Cooper S and has a larger twinscroll Turbo
                      THP200 is the newest version from the THP175 and has a retuned ECU

                      THP202 / 207 / 211 special versions for the DS3R and Mini Cooper S JCW

                          .........................makes no mention of uprated clutches, uprated intercoolers etc. Does that mean that the DS3R already has these and can handle the extra 40 odd BHP?

                            considering the difference in turbo I wouldn't be suprised if it was just a straight forward remap.
