I have a motorsport mapped thp from flash Remapping, cone filter, deleted pcv, jcw Turbo and r3 can chain/ancilliary belt and tensioners. The cars been to Citroen for early service and the Remapping wasn't detected or overwritten.
Well 'Thorium Dude' Managed To Get His Out Of A Mini JCW At A Scrapyard lol
it's a regular thing in russia... as long the car got hit in the back or the sides)))) ... if it works fine, why not save money buying one from the (as it's called in russia) "disassembly shop")))) ...
And If you know about e-tuners map - are they hard to detect also? I have such remap and I'm before first service.
The worst that's going to happen regarding a service is that they'll wipe the map when they update the firmware. If however you have any engine faults or warranty work, that's when they'll check for stuff like that.

This is no problem at all - I have an ELM cable, remapped file and E-tuners flashing application. So I can reflash it with a remapped or a stock file in any time. It takes about 20 min to bring the car to totally stock. :-)
Yes - you are right - if you don't re-flash ECU with stock map before visiting the garage. :-)
the question was if you have your remap is installed when visiting your dealer...i might be misunderstanding smthing but i guess that was the question)))))
