I remember a thread on Scooby net concerning dump valves and the general conclusion was they do little to enhance anything except give noise affect getting rid of the gasses and just replace the factory fitted item. The other issue was that on long term use it was the general agreement that fitting them without a remap was not good for the trubo or engine can't remeber which or both.Try Scoobynet and do a thread search for the info.Comment

i think with dumpvalves you just have to get the correct one for the turbo.
when i had a vxr there was a massive thread about them because if you got the wrong one it gimped the turbo which had to spool back up once everything was 'dumped' making it alot slower.
dunno if id get one fitted to my 90 White tho xD be like watching the 1.2 clio's with massive exhausts and expecting a decent car to drive by....Comment
