Nerd, any idea what HP and Torque that's putting out at the wheels?

@ Chris,
yes on a DS3R it gave 11hp and 10nm of torque extra.
Think it will be the same at minimum on a THP because a THP has an even more restrictive exhaust (diameter is less and an centre silencer)

No need for welding at all.

Fabian- the map looks like that because I wanted the max HP at a lower rev range, having it at almost 7000rpm was a bit too high for my liking

With a sports cat I would expect about 6HP boost and bit of torque to match.

Fish- I'm not 100% sure because there's a dispute right now because of the low 6% transmission loss which will offset the flywheel measurement. I don't have time to go up the dyno at the moment but from the maths they reckon it should be around 205 (no idea how they worked it) with the wheels getting about 190 and 220 I'd be guessing- and that is guessing by using 6-8% loss from the box and other friction
