Can I move the spare wheel to put my exhaust through the middle?

See I just took this pic but you can see the large metal mold on the bottom of the car, do all yours have this? I may sound like a novice about all this btw!

All the models are the same body shell from the lowest cheapest DS3 to the most expensive racing model. I did all the installation work myself.
