Ed- So gaz, where u gonna get an uprated spring from for your valve? You hunting around a few suppliers?
A lot easier to suss out if you have the non-uprated spring in your posession

It is the Saikou michi can- looked into getting direct from US, but saved the hassle and got direct from a supplier here

Did a bit of a read up on cans a while back, and from what i remember a vented can is not best suited to my DS3

I have a 61 reg ds3r. Had to have a new engine fitted in October 2013. Engine was misfiring and there was no compression in one of the cylinders. Whatever that means! Just took car back to garage yesterday as it's doing the same as before. Losing power and hesitating. Starting to lose all faith in my lush car

Partial answer. 200 UK, obvs Right hand drive. Dont know rest of Europe/world

A worldwide total of 2,400 DS3 Racing's were destined to be built, whether all 2,400 have been built, I honestly don't know, that said, the engine is shared with the BMW MINI JCW model, and they don't have the issues that Citroen seem to have, I will stick my neck out and say, I believe the issues Citroen seem to have with it's THP engines, appears to be a ECU map programming fault, I could be wrong, however, BMW MINI, don't suffer from the same problematic issues as Citroen!!

Hi so way have the local BMW garage got BMW minis lined up with all the heads off being cleaned they have the same problem.

ALL DI (direct injection) engines suffer from the same problematic coking of the inlet valves, Citroen suffer from the problem more than the BMW MINI's, the reason being is that BMW MINI recognised the common problem early on, and released a software update to the ECU, as well as a revamped camshaft cover, to slow down the inevitable coking up of the inlet valves.
