I know I'm gate crashing a bit but I was wondering about the step in applying some wrapping to some of my car, do you need to spray glue on to the car part first before wrpping or do the material already come with glue on the back of it?

      any help would be brilliant.

Vehicle wraps are just a giant sticker. They take a bit of practice to get right.

For a big wrap like Rickards I'd suggest getting a professional company to do it for you.

I think Rickards probably used the same Co that wrapped his Mums Veyron

                        It depends.

You can get Carbon Vinyl stickers that apply in the same way or you could buy a sheet of actual carbon fibre and the process would be massively different and requires sanding and laquering.

All depends on what effect you're looking to achieve.

There's plenty of video's on youtube of people wrapping and adding carbon to loads of different things, have a look at some of those.

cheers for that, im thinking of just getting the vinyl as sound easier, does any one know the different between 4d and 3d carbon vinyl? also which one goes best with the carbon inside the dsport?

This should give you a better understanding of the difference:
