The adapter not so much of a problem than the full valve kit as the adapter can be removed and installed in about 30 seconds haha 😉 ...... If you are installing the adapter then make sure not to forget to plug the sensor back in before restarting your car or else you will get errors and warning lights ...

Looking at this on Forge's site but they're all described as Mini fitments. Which is the correct part number for the THP? Is there any increase in lag with this?
I'm torn between the adapter and the proper BOV. I'm considering a remap soon so the BOV would probably be better but I don't know if I will actually do the map. £60 is a lot better than £200!

Go for the recirc valve- although that is silent in operation
Blow off valve is same with noise

        Adaptor waste of good money

There is a new valve out offered by a different company which works in conjunction with the standard solenoid, looks really good to be fair!

Be interested in looking at that. Just swapping the OEM valve internals out for the moment- on Jamies advice. Just want a better quality, no performance gain or sound

It looks good at £75 excluding postage
Will watch the video and re-read the article a few times, but does look good

The Forge one is very well made and as mentioned is noticeable in performance.

Does it control the boost in the same way that the GFB (Love that, go faster bits lol) does.
Rather than open/shut the valve, its variable closing

I just know the end result mate, I'm sure somebody on here explained it in detail but yes I think it's all about how it regulates the excess pressure.

Fair enough. will get round to investigating further when I buy one. (A new valve)
A few other things higher on the list ATM. Mind you, swapping out the internals for the G valve internals is next on the list for a temp mod

I have the forge one which i am happy with, but if this one was available at the time i would have ordered it, as it looks a better concept and its also abit cheaper

Thats good to know Cyclone. Its £100 as opposed to £75 for the Aussie supplied one, but not sure how much Aussie postage will be. Could get pricey.
Having trouble trying to find how the piston driven forge one, regulates the pressure.
And havent read enough of the GFB supplied one, to see if its piston or not. Looks more of a direct swap, thats for sure

Will spend time researching it all
