I have blonde hair and live in Essex so mine will be a bit quicker than that, still not as quick as anybody from Cheltenham or Gloucester, certainly if they have one of their two Sports World shell suits on.

Edit: That's not to say yours will be guaranteed to be the same.

I redacted the above from my last post. One would assume common sense would have filled in the gaps.

Still, nothing like a bit of sarcasm to liven up a post!

In addition to the original post; If you remap the DS3, can you go back to the factory map as and when you want too? (for both petrol and diesel)

DIY go back to factory map (i.e. swap the ecu over), or back to tuning shop to have it done?

Not without access to a mapping tool, it also depends on the model.

If yours is tunable via ODB2 then yes, it's reversible and can be done in a matter of minutes.

If yours is done via the ECU directly then you'll need a specialist such as SPTuning to reverse the change.

You will near as dammit match the DS3Racing at around 6.5 seconds 0-62mph in a remapped THP
Ed: And a THP 155 is a tadge quicker than the high 7s

We have some awesome new gadgets coming out in 2014 that will allow you flash your own ecu by OBD with an android device. All your maps will be stored on your tuning cloud, we can upload new maps to your cloud. For those cars which have ecu's that are blocked from OBD tuning we can install a small widget inside your ecu which unlocks the OBD
This widget can be self programmed to do some cool functions as well, for example we can lockdown the ecu so dealers or anyone else can access it. It also doesn't trigger any flash counters.
We have this widget installed in our VW T5 ecu, it's now been flashed with new maps over 50 times...
The widget is available now but the self tune on android is around a month or so away from being available.

No price on the self tune system as yet, but it will be available on android and windows pc/tablet. No news with I.OS though.
The widget I have in stock, these cost £200 plus vat fitted. This does not include any tuning, it's just to unlock the OBD.
