Depends on the remap you have... If you have around 190 Hp then buy a K&N filter in the stock place... It'l be cheaper and will do... I got myself a Forge CAI only when went to stage 3 remap (220 hp) ... -

I had a k&n panel filter atm. I may do what jamie @sptuning said to me and pour a cup of petrol onto the filter then jet wash it to take out all the air filter oil.. at apparently becomes less restrictive. . I jus feel with the apollo it could be £75 down the drainComment

Umm you do realize that it is the oil in a K&N filter that traps the dirt. Without any oil you might as well take the filter out and install some window screen.Originally posted by KEM View PostOriginally posted by cyclone

Its something to do with the mass airflow sensors. Hence why loads of people prefer pipercross as it has a larger filter surface area and no oil.. I need to research it a bit moreComment
