Custom all the way, first thing I did when I got mine last week, standard ones are smaller bore and more restrictive and look pants.

I am having DPF back and then will look at removing DPF as well

Got mine imported via a supplier down in Southampton. Think it all came as a kit, with retaining clips and all
Ive got a photo around somewhere
Sure you realise theres VAT to add to the £625, and carriage too would expect. Best ask for a final price (Is VAT still 20%?)
I got other bits from a lad in London who had a set up with Bastuck

Bought mine without a mid silencer to start with :-)

Guess they do not want your business. Know I would go elsewhere after being ignored. If they can't respond to a potential customer think of how they will respond if you have an issue.

Yeah I realise there's VAT ontop which I don't mind just don't want to find I need to buy something else to actually get it installed

Hangar can be difficult to get hold of sometimes via email- maybe ring them?
Also, search on the web for other Bastuck suppliers in the UK, prices vary a little
They wouldnt let me buy straight form Bastuck in Germany when i bought couple years back- just sent a list of supplier names

Ed- Try emailing Steve at steven@rczperformance.com He is who i used in London area to get hold of Bastuck- beat other supplier prices too.

Its 2014, any business that cannot offer near to instant online answers or an informative website is planning for failure. When I was looking at OCC's, the US based company Cyclone recommended got back to me in an instant and kept me updated the whole way through. Excellent service.

Can guarantee that Hangar is not failing, after visiting them recently for some stuff. Great premises, loads work, all a bit specialist mind
                            Nice people too.
Cant answer for how they deal with emails:cool:

Maybe so focused on their "core" business just do not care about the little fish or maybe they they are so successful and busy that it is time for more personal? Like a secretary! Either way bad practice to ignore potential business, every missed e-mail or call for a company is lost revenue.

I remember people saying the same about Tesco five years ago.
