I've already replied to your PM regarding this..

Hey mate, thanks for the helpful link.Just wanted to ask.Do you recommend a pod filter or just changing the airfilter inside the box?
remember that for now is purely for sound so nothing fancy really!I'd rather keep it cheap. Thanks again for the link and for your time!
I've had both the K&N Filter and the Forge Air cone and found the Forge one to be far superior with regards to the sounds created.

You won't see much increase in the sound alone from a replacement panel filter, I'd recommend the Forge one.

If you're worried about cost, then a replacement K&N filter should suffice but you won't see any performance gains over ~2/3BHP.

Hang on.. Your engine is a diesel, how exactly have you connected a blow off valve?

          You.

You realise that your car is more than likely going to lose some power with the addition of a BOV considering it's a diesel. Not to mention it won't actually serve any purpose?

Regardless, most diesel's don't have a throttle body to cause a build up of pressure when you let of the go pedal.. All you are doing is inserting a boost leak into the inlet pipe..
