it does go off over time i did it on my old fiesta (diddnt take the callipers off just wheel off and paint) drying took time iirc can said many hours (it was years ago). I only did one coat though i suspect if you do 3+ would last better

Well I did 3 or 4 coats on mine and they're always bright white

im using hammerite smooth red will be 3rd coat which looks loads better now behind shiny black wheels. thinkin bout goin lime green tho at min dunno ill c ill try get pic wen stops rainin
