Yeah it's fixed priced serving for cars over 4 years old. Used it for a few years with my old C4 with no issues.

          What does it include?

I change my oil every 3000-6000 miles (~30 quid with filter). Spark plugs when they look worn out (50 quid).
Air filter wash is free and pollen filter costs ~15 quid.

I have my DS3 Dsport booked in at Citroen for a full Service.
They just quoted me £298.00 + £57.40 for my MOT, but I got that down to £34.00.
Even though I mentioned that on the Website it says £195.00.
Can't understand where the extra £103.00 has come from.
                Am I being mugged off?

Ask them for a receipt of the work done with a parts breakdown, that should clarify everything for you.

Some dealers do an out of warranty deal.

Mine is still in Warranty. I bought my 2012 Dsport from Citroen 2nd Hand last year. The 1yr Warranty expires at the end of June.
Guess it could be a case that this dealer does not do fixed Price servicing?
