This is actually cut and pasted from my letter to CUK (Lauren) sent Thursday Friday and again today so far without response I have called the helpline and
been put thru to the service desk and then left messages with my case number twice, again without response!! next step is legal i think
Or, do what I did. Call them every hour, on the hour or offer to wait on hold until she's less busy, just ask CUK to call you back immediately after your first call so you're not footing the telephone bill
just back from dealer again, only took them since 22nd December to order in 2 new side skirts and book the car in to the bodyshop bad news was both
skirts distorted out of the box so useless, bodyshop fitted all new trim clips to both original skirts drivers side now looks ok passenger side however looks
like they didn't pull the dent out of the sill enough end result being even if they completely tightened the trim to sill it would follow the dip in the bodywork
and look curved.
I do not think I am splitting hairs here as this was my 6 month old car that they damaged while in their care it has to be right. PSA Peugeot Citroen DS care are now involved after I dumped this on their Linkedin page ... as before watch this space
(ps, Citroen UK offered me a whole €150 compensation without accepting any responsibility)

Latest update, eventually contact again from Citroen UK (not the DS Service team as promised) only 9 days after the Linkedin response from PSA,
Citroen have offered "engineer' inspection and report on repair, meanwhile I have had assessment and estimate from independent bodyshop for same and if agreement
cannot be reached I have "small claims court" form completed and for the huge sum of €25 will proceed for damages.. as before will keep you informed

Liam was offered a gift from cuk because of his first thp faults. He picked and ordered the part he wanted from the boutique, paid for because citroen said they would reimburse him.... That never happened.
My DS3R3... nearly....

My independant estimate for repair from same bodyshop that made a cracking job on my last DS3 (that i managed to stuff up the back of someone) came in today, €2300 plus car hire. CUK to come back to me with date for their engineer to take a look but think i may well just start proceedings thru small
claims in the meantime

the last two weeks a complete load of B@llix from Citroen Dublin Airside, rather than an engineer from Citroen to inspect the car as offered and compare their findings with
those of my estimator they have suggested I take it to the bodyshop where they had it repaired (twice now) and discuss what "i think" is wrong with the bodyshop manager?
absolutely unbelievable! I have refused to accept that i should have to go and argue the toss (an hours drive away in my own time) with those that could not repair the car correctly in the first instance, i did not employ them to carry out the repair Citroen Dublin did, and my estimate quite clearly states work required to return the car to
hopefully as new condition, so waiting again to hear from CUK Max, Hazel or Lauren now involved and no further forward

Update, I have engaged the services of a solicitor and will be going legal, no response from Citroen Uk "Customer Service" team by today's deadline as requested fed up of
being fobbed off and putting up with second rate service from Citroen Dublin Airside and their employees ,, watch this space

Well it looks like a resolution may have been reached, Citroen Dublin have offered replacement of my 2014 Dsport115 with a 2015 Dsport120 to change over the finance package from what i am currently on to PCP 0% and are currently asking Citroen Ireland for a figure to offer as compensation, I should have a call by close business tomorrow and will let you all
know .... lets wait and see

All sorted except choosing the colour thinking silver with black roof and wheels & black leather interior most happy with the outcome as given a great deal on the replacement with
0% finance as requested it will be a 152 registration (january 151and july 152 reg numbers here) so hopefully collection July 1st, have Maximilien Jamieson in Citroen UK to thank for his intervention and helping this come to a conclusion
