I want to take the wheels off to clean the insides. How? Is there a special size socket for the nuts ? How do I get the cap off to reveal the locking nut? I feel a bit of a numpty asking these questions but rather than scratch the wheels or the nuts Id rather ask

As Pete says, you should have a plastic tool to remove the nut covers, if not then they're cheap from your dealer / eBay.

Nope the tool only comes with the spare tire kit. Everyone else is just stuck, in Citroens mind they would use the goo and then head for a tire shop and not be bothering to do any work on their own cars. That is what the butler is for!Originally posted by cyclone
It is in the handbook. Satisfied.
