I'm not quite sure he mentioned using a glue which worried me a little but it's fine. It was £50 + VAT so it could well have been a smart repair. I'm just happy that my DS3 is looking ace again
Some use a pin and glue and if it's accessible from under the dent it can be hammered out. I had a dent hammered out but it was under the passenger window, great access from inside. They also can drill a hole to access from behind if needed.
