    If the message is associated with the additive tank, then that needs the "official" Diagbox software and dongle (ie. what the service agents use) in order to reset the additive tank counter back to zero.

    These are often available on eBay, under Lexia 3, Diagbox, etc.

            Well, no. The AdBlue tank is only fitted to the newer BlueHDi models.

            I think these appeared in the UK from 2014.
