Are you buying some Berch?

I am really REALLY tempted however they are quite expensive so I have a little thinking to do. Even with Callum's generous 10% off the lights and 15% off the bulbs, to get everything, headlights, ballasts and bulbs all brand new will be £2230.75, the only thing putting me off at the moment is how easy they will be to fit, as Callum mentioned he spoke to the technician who mentioned Mark had to buy a wiring conversion kit, so depending on where and how easily that is available and how easy it will be to fit them with that will likely make my decision. Shall keep you updated though.

OUCH!!! Every credit for following this up. That's waaaaay more than I would be willing to spend on them. Hope to see them on your :ds3: in the future.

Pretty much, this is my first car and I haven't a clue about changing anything like that, unless it comes with some kind of clear instructions for me to do. I wouldn't want to cause damage or break the wiring completely and end up with no headlights working at all.

At some point you have to put on your man pants and just do it. Simple things like this often turn out much easer to do than you think. But if you never try you never know and your skills / confidence will never grow.

True although I think I've done enough pulling my car panels and dashboard apart to have a little break for now, unless as I say the instructions are clear so I've got something to follow rather than guess work.

Hello all,

I've had my DS3 about 6 months now and I totally love it. Have been modifying and adding to it to get the features I want and so on.

However since then I have drove past a few DS3s with the newer tripple xenon headlights and they look so god damn nice I pretty much decided I wanted them after the first DS3 I saw go past with them, since then I've seen a few so thought I'd start looking into it, I couldn't find the headlights online new but seen a few on eBay here and there but was first wondering if I would even be able to fit these to my DS3 (I really hope so) I have just the standard headlights of course and a Dstyle plus e hdi 2014 and was hoping if anyone would be able to tell me if the tripple xenon would indeed fit on my car and if they do, how hard would they be to change? Would it just be a matter of removing my existing ones and plugging these in via the same socket? Or is it much more complicated than that?

sorry its a late reply to your post, just been doing a bit of net surfing for my DS3 headlights and found retrofitlab.com very interesting............definitely a cheaper alternative but more fiddly by the looks of it.
