Rats! I knew it was tempting fate not to have a spare wheel in the boot. My ex-demonstrator didn't come with one.
Now I seem to have picked up a slow puncture. Luckily I spotted it before the tyre deflated entirely & left me stranded, otherwise it would have been out with the canister of goo, and good-bye tyre...
Can anyone tell me how much a space-saver spare costs from Citroen as an accessory? (I know the price for specifying it from new instead of the canister of goo, but I'm assuming that it will cost more as an additional item, rather than as a replacement)
And can someone with a space saver please tell me the wheel & tyre size, so I can look out for one second-hand?
Finally, I can confirm that having a seriously under-inflated rear tyre doesn't seem to affect the ride and handling of the DS3 very much at all, although it's not an experiment I'd like to repeat...
Cheers guys!
