Hi I have a August 2016 DS3 that has paint blisters starting to appear on the drivers door (5 in total), I contacted the dealer in Glasgow who really wasn't interested as they do not have a bodywork shop. They told me to contact a garage in East Kilbride (distance of 38miles from my house). They took photographs of the door and have told me that when Citroen get in touch with them, I will have to drive the car back for the 3-4 days work. So in total I will have to travel 152 miles, have a courtesy car at £12 per day insurance all at my own expense. Has anyone else claimed anything back from Citroen for expenses?

Hi, welcome to the forum
And wow, no. When BeefMasta had rust on one of his doors last summer (14 plate), he had a courtesy car free of charge, and the bodyshop (30+ miles away) collected it from our local Citroen dealer, and dropped it off there when it was done. I'd complain to Citroen about the charges/inconvenience. As you said it's a 2016 model, it's still well in warranty, and for that reason I wouldn't expect to have to pay for anything (insurance on a courtesy car or otherwise!) in that situation.
Let us know how you get on.Current: DS 3 Performance, Perla Nera Black with Sparkly Purple roof

Seconded, warranty means it should be covered.
