Front brake noise

I have had my front breaks checked/"cleaned" 2 times from Arnold Clark and they still squeal when softly breaking in all types of weather.

just trading mine after 60K, still on the origginal fronts, had new rears 6 months ago - the ABS sensor ring had rusted away.

....they are squealing and quite grooved though
