      I find my gauge starts dropping faster when it gets down towards empty. If I brim it, it stays full for ages.
      Guessing it's just something to do with the shape of the tank, or how they're measuring it.

        If she makes it to the fuel station herself , not so much fun for us diesel owner who I presume would have to prime our cars in this situation . But yes I have notices this as well, it does drop quicker at the second half of the gauage. My achievement - Just cost me £64 to fill up from warning light...I got 643 miles on my last tank in my 110 HDi haha
