    To any of the mods could we have a sticky for info rapids or for other common problems.

    Thinking that the tech help stuff is maybe getting too spread around!

    Thoughts anyone??

    Great idea Biggy.

    If you have access to them and can post them up here then we commoners can regularly check if there's anything potentially affecting our cars that is known to Citroen and, if we're experiencing the symptoms, get to our dealerships before the problem gets out of hand.

        Dude, do you know if there is anything listed on the Citroen db regarding a rattling window, got an issue with the driver and passenger side windows at the minute when I'm accelerating where they both start to rattle, sounds like something is loose in the mechanism. Gonna highlight this when I take my car back in to get the dash rattle resolved, obviously, nice to know beforehand if there is any documentation on stuff as from what I gather, info like that doesn't get passed down to the dealers.

          At the minute no Irishrob.

          Thing to try is drive with the windows open slighty to see if the rattle stops, if so then it might be the stop lug thats loose. The doors card would need to come off and the window runners tighten up. Otherwise it sounds like the scissor mechinism is loose.

            Fingers crossed indeed. It's booked in for next Wednesday now to get the dash rattle resolved, the front chrome grill bit replaced and the windows fixed, at least I'll be able to talk to them and say, 'Look, a guy I know thinks...', it'll give them a starting place, but I'm assuming they'll be competent enough to investigate and resolve. Cheers though.

              BigFeet76, those last two links point to the same document, the Rear Splash Guard one also points to the Bluetooth doc.

                            I have a free account on http://service.citroen.com and can see that there are 2 Info Rapids for my car but I can't open them because of my free account. Could you check for me to what C2AW0106Q0 and B1IW0102Q0 refer to?
                            My VIS is AW511094

                              102Q0 refers to loss of pwer on the LED lights and 106Q0 refers to water in spare wheel well. Have posted all new info rapid's on my previous post.

                              The link you posted up eendmans is for the old system which my full dealer login won't access as Citroen Service is on a new system, could you screen dump an image of waht you see when you log in ?
