.....and of course left no details.
I have a few options and wanted your opinions.
It looks better now as I pushed the spliter back on but was out quite a bit.

My Dad as popped the clip back in to hold the arch liner back in, so its better.
They have reversed into that corner, my car was parked with the passenger side against the hedge, as far away from the other bay, so can only presume the idiot was reversing.

From my experience in the shape of a Jeep hitting my C3, I know that there could be more damage behind the bumper, but two garages said that this hasn't happnened, and at reverse in a car park, I don't think they would hit hard enough. So I am not worried about further repair there.
Option one
Go via insurance, pay £300 excess and lose my ncb. If it was me at error I would do this but I don't fancy losing out becasue of something out of my control. The guy at Citreon repair said they would probably replace my back box as the twat kindly put a dent in the exhaust, just on the outside edge.
Option two
Source spilter from Ross, and the garage will repair paint work and fix new spliter on, the bumper can be repaired to hold this. He said £250 and then on top of that I have the cost of the part. Also saw another garage today that are sending me a quote.
Option 3
Remove spliter, smooth out scratches, prime and spray over with gloss black to match my roof, affix back on and repair bumper to hold. With the texture of it spraying would be the only way to repair it. Doesn't seem worth buying a new spliter to put on a less than perfect back, would be about £120. I am planning on getting the Leon front splitter, so I could get gloss to match the back. I can then see about the chip and scratches at a later date. Would repair the dent that the edge now has also
I'm less annoyed as I can't see it and its not major panel work.
Anyone have any thoughts or further suggestions?
