Hi flyor64 I have similar issues, the BT audio streaming is ok and I can make and receive calls its only the incoming calls and the caller display that i have a problem with. I'm using an iPhone 5 running 6.1.4 but I'm not sure of the cars software version, it should be up to date the car was brand new in June but I don't know how to find out what's on it so I raised a "Ticket" with Citroen Customer Care they said they would be in touch within 3 working days good enough they called yesterday and told me the " there aware of the issue and it only seems to be with apple products but because the system worked fine with other phones (HTC, a cheep Nokia and an Xperia) then it's a software issue between the phone and the connecting box so the head unit wouldn't warrant a replacement as its working as it should, but they will be escalating the issue as I'm not the first with this problem to Citroen's Tech Team but until there's any updates there's nothing else we can do." On the plus side they have give me £200 worth of accessories as a good will gesture but to honest I would rather have the system working properly than the money but it's better than a kick in the plums.
Sorry if this isn't much help but all I can say us keep on at the customer care team letting them know your not happy

I'll definitely be letting them know. As an FYI, I found on the Apple support site that they feel it is the vehicle manufacturer's concern...that their iPod 5 SW is in order and it is up-to-date with the latest standard BT protocols. Not very helpful.

Here's hoping that Citroen get this in order.

Also try getting either firmware update/baseband updated on the S4 like this thread suggests.
