My ds3's have all been parked on a hill with no water getting in. I would suggest a different dealer for a start off as unfortunately some are pants!

Surely they (gullys) would just overflow than drain into the car?

My DS3 is always parked on a hill, for about 3 years, 7 days a week. It's rained enough in that time and never had any issues.

Citreon have just called and said they can not find any fault with the car. Their solution is that I don't park on a hill, when its raining as they think the gullys must be getting full and the water has no where to go other than In the car. Is this executable, I haven't paid £18k for the car but if I'd have done, I'd be upset that they suggested I don't park my car on my drive in the rain. It's not even a hill, it's more of a slope. :-(
Seriously? Did your dealer say this to you with a straight face?

If they did any part of their job right they would have checked for the latest IR on Citroen Service where there a is list of thing that they can check.

That said don't park on a hill when raining is definitely going into my book when I write it!

I took ours into the dealer with water in the drivers side footwell. It turned out to be the aircon drain pipe had come adrift and the water was running into the inside of the car rather than outside. Worth looking at if you still have the water problem.
