I got a hooooge sheet of paper for the 199 service deal...pretty sure I had to sign it...but then again, I was signing everything that they put in front of me that day, just to get to the car quicker.

I'm pretty sure it just goes on the system and you give them a call if you need to book it in.

I did however have to prompt my dealer to give me the number for the breakdown service should I ever need it xD

That number is somewhere in the handbook or service folder.....Citroen can't even afford to give us a credit card size piece of plastic with the details any more

My dealer sent me the big form a few days after I got the car. I signed it & returned it to them, they sent it to Citroen who sent me the credit card sized servicing card - the whole process took about a month.

Quick point to note guys, anybody whos got or getting the £199 service deal or FreeDrive you need to sign the big paper form and make sure that the dealer send it off otherwise Citroen won't know that you have the service deal and they won't update their system. Also you will need to take your Service card (credit card thing) with you for services.

I do put the breakdown card in with my customers folders, but they are the old ones which we not suppose to use! For reference the breakdown number is 08000 72 72 72
