The official spare that came with my THP is T125/80/R15 and it fits

          Not bad profit for hallidays.

They order these up with a new car then sell them on.

A bit offtopic but I've been wondering why my DS3 has the wheel nut covers but no cover remover? At the dealer they said that the remover comes with the spare wheel kit but I don't have it, just the usual compressor and foam thingy.

I think my original DS3 (didn't come with the spare wheel kit unlike the new one) had the yellow remover tool in the set that came with the car...

Not 100% on that though as I'm not sure I ever removed the wheels until after I'd paid for the spare...

Previous owner may have lost the tool. Luckily I didn't fit the covers as there would be no way to get them off intact wihout the tool.

My compressor goo box came with towing eye, and wheel nut cover remover too from what I recall

Thanks Chris I thought mine did too, in which case I might have the spare at home, I think I keep the case it all came in when I put the spare wheel kit in....

I think they'd come off with long nosed pliers, that's how I used to take off the black caps on my old Astra wheels

Normally the yellow tool doesn't come with the 'Goo Kit' but it is only a couple of quid to buy from your dealer.

If you are really stuck for the bolt covers then stuck a blob of Blu Tac on the end of a small bolt, that is normally enough to pull the covers off

You can buy them separately from the dealer for about £3. I got one from Ross when I ordered some more nut covers.

I also had one with the spare wheel kit I bought later. It came with: wheel, jack, wrench, towing eye & nut cover remover.

                          Edit: Basically what Bigfeet said.

Hah, I asked about the tool from the dealer but looking at the parts available for my car they didn't see the tool and so cannot sell it to me. But, with the part number I can go straight to the spare parts guy and ask, most likely the tool is available, you just have to know the number

so you saying the "parts guy" does know the number, and you have to find it. Seriously I think i'd stay well clear of that dealership
