Gearbox / Engine very odd nasty sound

Well... It still does it. Citroën can't find anything wrong and car is ok. It's very odd but the car seems fine. I just turn the radio up a bit haha.

On its first major service the dealers were impressed that nothing at all needed attention and the car was running well. So... After 12000 miles all is ok other than engine temp sensor and my pollen filter bracket!
