Hunting for new tyres

Syron Race 1s + get a very good feedback, and price seems pretty good
Anyone know anything about them
Found 215/40/17 s and theyre about £83 fitted. Bit cheaper than Toyo's Proxes

German company only been around 3 or 4 years

Done a week, and about 200 miles on my Vredestein Snowtracs (Rear) and Pirellis 240 Snowsomethings (Front) and for the week it hasn't gone above 7c
Am I impressed?
First thing that happened when pulling away from my Close where I live was the wheels slipped on leaves. That weren't good first impression
Since then they have handled well in wet, and temps of around 4-5c.
The feeling is that the vehicle is more secure

Got a 600 mile round trip over 2 days next week, half night driving and other half day. So that will let me get a better idea methinks
