My car still hasn't hesitated, after a few hundred miles! Also just switched from Shell regular fuel to shell V power as per recommendations from others on here & dealer

So, the day has endend, and I heard nothing from the dealership?! Yesterday I was told the car would be ready this morning and that they'd give me a call.. I find it very strange that they keep me in the dark. Not even a quick phone call to tell me they need the car a bit longer.. It goes without saying that I'm not amused..

Frequent oil & filter change methinks. Every 6 month, pretty much immaterial on how many miles would suggest
ED- Immaterial in relation to how few- max every 8000 would suggest
Glad all seems OK FLPLast edited by Chris_Blue; 16-04-2014, 16:20.sigpicJog on Noddy

Dirt eh!
Well I will bet that what happened is that your engine is suffering from excessive carbon deposits in the inlet and on the inlet valves and they have just used a seafoam type product to clean it off or at least try to clean it.
Eventually you will be getting a walnut blast clean or cylinder head removal to do it properly I think.

Been away for a few days, and during my journey on the motorway he car hesitated exactly as before it's "software upgrade" - safe to say I'll be on to the dealer first thing, see what they suggest!

Last time I went in with the problem, I explained what I thought the problem was and took an info rapid in for cylinder head cleaning. They politely pointed out that it was for a different engine to mine! Even though I knew it was for the THP150 and mines the 155.
Any idea how else I can convince them to check this out? It begrudges me going and paying for the work done, when I have a car under warranty with Citroen.
