Try deleting car from phone & phone from car and starting again from car?

Not sure what else to suggest tbh. I've always set it up from the car first and it's worked fine.

Other than try a different phone, I'm out of ideas. Might be something your dealer needs to look at.

            Sorry just seen this post!
I've had this problem ever since my DS went into Citroen (1.5 years ago) and they disconnected the battery, they've since replaced the stereo and still no joy.
Doesn't matter what phone is connected whether it be iPhone 6 (mine) or Samsung etc you have to pair device every time you start the engine.
So frustrating but nobody seems to have a solution other than buy an aftermarket Stereo or Bluetooth kit [emoji107]
            Is yours still doing it?
