sorry for posting on old post.

But can someone confirm that there is an update that will let me stream music from iPhpne through bluetooth now?

Not on the original MyWay system. This is available on the new eMyWay system that is fitted to the new DS3 with satnav.

Hi, I know that this is an oldish post, however I though it would be right to point out that with MyWay RNEG3 on firmware version 50.03 you can stream music from a mobile phone via Bluetooth. Although, I have not tried to use the hands free at the same time.

Here is a quick how to.

- Connect your mobile phone via bluetooth
- In "Music" settings, go to input source and choose external
- Then try to play a music file on your phone

You will find that it plays though the car's audio system.

This doesn't necessarily work. I have RNEG with v50.03 and have just updated to the latest 2018 "BMW" maps (Citroen no longer supports RNEG) and this does not work with a Samsung S7 Edge on Oreo. It may work with another phone though, maybe an iPhone? On the Android I can see that the Bluetooth system supports contact sync and phone audio only. The phone is A2DP so it must be the car.
