O2 have their new contract prices up here & here. I'm not eligible for an upgrade until January but when the 4S came out they let people pay off the rest of their contract for a reduced rate (£20 a month if I remember correctly). I'm going into the shop later today and find out if they're offering that again this time.

I'm only on a 1 month rolling contract, so I had to pay the full whack up front for the phone. It sounds a lot at first, but for the tariff I'm on, it works out about the same overall but it means I'm not tied in and can upgrade whenever. As for normal contacts, I guess you'll have to be within the early upgrade period (normally about 2 months before the contract ends) and I've seen the phone for about £89 for the 16GB model on a £35-40 a month contract. Best off shopping around for different ones if you can.
