PS- the satnav on an ANdroid device is far quicker than a standalone one- the phone has a much more powerful processor than a standalone satnav so gone are the days of calculating route wait- it happens literally instantly

There's lots of offers on Android phones at the moment and the Nexus 7 tablet is cheap as chips for what you get as well (should be able to buy in shops 25th)
Might have to get the ODB2 adapter just for fun, as cant really go wrong for that price...
Does it handle fault code display?

Yes it does Gav and you can also delete error codes if you really want to...that's my thoughts on this- for the price you simply cannot go wrong and with most people having their phone hooked upto their car anyway it's just something else you can do with little or no spendhttp://db.tt/tJZ0ZQG1

No, you need an Android mobile device that's got bluetooth... The ODB2 adapter plugs into the DS3, and sends the ODB2 signals on over bluetooth to a connected mobile...

Like Gav said- the adaptor is totally separate from the DS3's built in bluetooth.http://db.tt/tJZ0ZQG1
