So what do you define as a voice menu ????? 😋

Normally it means that the unit speaks to you and tells you what it's doing if activated in settings....

The new Dab says " Dab on " or "Dab off "
If that is what you mean

Ha ha well if it's telling you that I suppose it must be what the blurb mentioned, I would have expected a bit more to be honest.... Have you checked any settings etc to see if you can add more chat ?

Well the dealer has only ever fitted one ( mine) lol and I have the vague instruction book which is not great
Tried to download more off the Dab site listed above but it does not want to load

At the mo it is not stalk controlled all that seems to do is switch between modes the remote changes the channels

I will have a better look at the weekend

Auto dab should only be stalk controls- the voice menus advise when the unit is on/off and when going through the menu settings

Does the smaller control unit under the main stalk (the one with volume up/down and skip forward/back) controls not operate it ?

I specifically enquired about DAB when i ordered my car - i wonder why i was not offered this? And why the dealer only knew about the dash mounted Alpine one?

Yes it uses the OE audio Stalk controls - it takes a combinations of button presses to access features of the Auto Dab unit as its not got any physical interface

Alpine unit = Pure Highway 300di in a different colour of illumination

It's ok you get a better selection of stations and is totally discreet but would I pay the money for it ??

Hmm doubt it I would spend it on a remap lol
