Distortion with iPhone Music

My distortion came back again yesterday. The volume was down low, a similar noise was heard listening on Bluetooth.

Last night I noticed Bluetooth was not connecting and today on the way home my USB packed in. However, it came back on after I locked the car up after going to the shop. I still can't get the Bluetooth to connect now though.
