It's just not cool in the way that the DS, SM, CX and even XM were.

Lol! I see your point, Citroen were kind enough to lend me one for my wedding to Claire. Remember stopping to help some guy who had got his Z4 stuck in the snow on the way to Edinburgh Castle, he looked rather surprise to see me stepping out of the car - jeans and trainers!...I should never have doubted the Lord of Bacon!!

1966-1974 CITROEN DS 20/21/23
Such a stunning creation as the DS deserved better engines than those which had been used in the Traction Avant before the war and, from 1965, it started to get them. In that year, the Citroën DS21 was launched with a 2175cc engine of 109bhp. After the very successful restyle of the vehicle in 1967 – with swivelling headlamps and a shark-like nose – the DS19 was replaced by the DS20 (1985cc and 90bhp). But it was in the 1970s that the Goddess reached its ultimate genesis, with a 2347cc unit dropped in to create the DS23. In fuel injected form, this pumped out 141bhp. At last the performance matched the appearance.
