I've now found the wheels that I absolutely adore. They're Calibre Askari's. They have the look I want plus the diameter plus the width, offset and pcd fitment ive been hunting for without having to use spacers. (17 inch diameter by 7 inch width, 4x108 pcd and 25 offset, same as Bellones if I'm not mistaken?) < If thats correct does that mean I can continue to use my current tyres I have on the Bellones? (Daft question lol)
Anyway here's a pic of them

Wasn't sure about the width though I found a thread that had Zack and Chris_Blue discussing the fitments and im sure zack said they were 17x7.
But if I can still use my old tyres then I don't care lol. Just trying to keep unnecessary costs downDS3 Evo Edition

Right everyone, I need your advice. Im still umming and ahhing over alloy wheels and I've now narrowed it down to 2.
I love both alloys but I'd love a few opinions to help me decide
(I know it's my car and I should do what makes me happy, but I love both of these and I need help to decide )
Here they are:
First Choice
Second Choice
Thanks guysDS3 Evo Edition

I'd go for the second option personally .

First choice would go well with your car IMO

Go first choice- then you can add the red rimband
If you get fed up with the rimband on the second set, then assume the colouration just has to stay there
Bellones are 17 inch PCD 4 x 108, 7j width, and ET or offset 25 (Think youve sussed that)
You can go to 15 offset (I have a set) they just stick out a little more, looking like you have spacers on
And you can have a tyre width up to 215 on Bellones(OEM tyres are 205) and profile I have are 40s
So your exisiting tyres will fit if they are on Bellones, or you can go up to 215s
Fitting tyres and balancing costs £17.50 a wheel, unless you get a deal, and this starts adding up if you switch tyres and wheels a lot as I used to. Trying to calm down now tho lol.
Get the wheels you like- and enjoy :-)sigpicJog on Noddy

I've decided to go for the Calibre Askari's after all. Their centre bore is 73.1mm (Where the DS3 Centre bore is 65.1mm). That means I'll have to buy spigot rings (Incase some of you don't know what spigot rings are for - spigot rings are used to ensure that an alloy wheel is centred correctly on a hub of a vehicle)
(I've found Spigot rings here http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Alloy-Whee...item4ad98a7a10)
Just to be clear - if anyone is thinking of buying alloy wheels it's always a good idea to research the current dimensions of your wheels (In most cases the Bellone dimensions) as if you are looking for something nearer to their dimensions it's easier to find alloys you like (which is what I did).
Ive done a brief info guide of Bellone fitments (In case any newbies (or anyone) are confused)
Diamater of Bellone (17 inches)
Width of Bellone (7 inches, also know as 7J)
Centre Bore (65.1mm)
Offset (aka ET) 25
PCD(Wheel stud pattern) 4x108
Hope this helps anyone who is thinking about buying alloysLast edited by Euan; 16-02-2015, 01:52.DS3 Evo Edition
