Soooo, popped in to TopGear Stockport this afternoon just to get an idea of what I can do with my cat.

Looking at a 100cell sport's cat at the moment but I'm reallllllly tempted to de-cat it completely =/

Either way, I'm back there on Thursday for a few hours to get it sorted

Apparently the DS3 has quite a long Cat

My requirement would be a 200 cell cat- sent a couple of emails and waiting replies
Will ring them next week if they dont reply- one reckoned they could make a custom fit turbo back fitment- we'll see

The lad who's doing it only had a quick look before and couldn't see if it was a cat-mani or single cat. I think from watching your video it's just a stand-alone cat.

He estimated around 3-4hours to get everything fabricated and fitted so I'll be dropping it off before work and picking it up lunch time.

We'll see.. Only a few more days to go

On the next picture you see the differnece between an Milltek Downpipe with 200cell cat (left) and the standard downpipe

Fish- just read an article saying that 100 cell cats arent always MOT safe?

I will only put a Cat in thats MOT safe? (Unless get fed up with the cost and just decat pipe)

If you put a Cat in- is that what you wanna do too, try and be MOT safe?

Less cells- more performance i understand that

My exhaust is fairly obnoxious anyway, I don't want it to be even worse with a straight through/decat.

RE: Mot, it shouldn't be too difficult of a job to swap the old one back over.
