Hi guys, starting with some upgrades, i would like to keep a log of the modifications.
So far i change the downpipe with thermal tape, k&n inbox and unichip (piggyback) run on dino and get 209bhp with 1,0kg of peak of boost pressure. I already send
some emails to doug, from frankenturbo (thanks for albish) will probally be my next step.

What spark plugs you guys are using[? I read about evo X spark plugs (NGK ILKR8E6) this is a good option ?

I can't for the life of me seem to be able to find it, but there is (was?) an excellent thread about spark plugs.

From memory though, the standard plugs should be fine at those power levels...

There is a page on the etuners site http://www.etuners.gr/peugeot-citroe...servicing-101/ that has some recommendations too.

        Thanks WTF =)

TCH, thanks for the help, after a big search and some reading (many thanks for czar) i am an internet spark plug specialist ! About that topic, I'll try to help anyone who has doubts.

Firts, i really recommend this reading: http://www.ds3club.co.uk/showthread....ll=1#post73335

Brisk MR12YS - Theoretically, this should be the perfect plugs. Best thermal and electrical Conductors. I ready that someone have misfires, but i think that the reason is the gap ...

NGK ILKR8E6 (oem from Lancer Evo X) One degree cooler, for guys that are runing more than 230bhp. The guys here are using this ones, but the gap here (.6 mm) are smaller than the oem (.8 mm). Most of then are using .7 mm

ILZKR8C8G (oem Ds3 racing) One degree cooler too, for guys that are runing more than 230bhp. Maybe a better option in relation to the last ones, already have the right gap. The problem is that you only find on peugeot dealers (thanks for the part number, shiro)

ILZKBR7A-8G (oem Peugeot RCZ THP200) - Good option for the guys running under 230bhp.

Guys, some good news ! New FMIC (forge), new boost pipes (forge), new spark plugs (oem), new Dv (oem) + Alta spring.
The first time that i go to dino, mas Dv was leaking. Now with a new one and the other mods, i get this results. Before anyone asks, yes, this is still the oem turbo ! The car is AMAZING, i am loving it !

Wow that's pretty mental! Bet you will enjoy driving that around. How long until you get the itch for a bigger turbo though?

Guys, nobody had problems with injectors ? I talk with my tuner, and he said me that remap a ds3 with a bigger turbo. The air/fuel start to be at limit around 270bhp. Probally ll need bigger injectors ...
ragnarok said that he is using Opel Insignia 2.8t Flexifuel injectors to run e85. That is other options ? JCW injectors are bigger and pplug and play ?

Firstly; the BMW MINI JCW, does not have different fuel injectors than what you are currently running.

When looking to upgrade fuel injectors, it is crucial that the replacement fuel injector has exactly the same spray angle and spray pattern, 99.99 % recurring of people who think that simply swapping fuel injectors for one that is identical in fitment from another engine, completely disregard any understanding or have absolutely no comprehension how fuel injectors differ, they may look identical from one engine to another, when in actual fact that is where all common reference begins and ends.

Think about the 308 GTi Injectors. But I know that Vone-Racing used Insignia OPC Injectors on there 400HP DS3 [Click].

Thanks guys ! I ll talk to my tuner again, he already did some jcw's with turbo swaps and i think they use oem injector. I dont think there was to be this limitation on Ds3.
