Hi Cyclone, Just wanted to ask, are your rims 7.5 inch or 8 inch wide. I am in the process of buy DS3R rims, and haven't seen any on a normal ds3, so I dont know how far out they are going to come. Do your rims rub at all? Do they stick out the guard at all, just cant tell from the photos. Not quite sure to go with the 205/40 or 215/40 combo.
I must say the car looks great. Keep up the great job. Thanks
215/40 18" with ET18 is OK.
The DS3R has this size with ET17
I know it works fine on the racing but I dropped mine 45mm all around and didn't want to take any chances.
After it was all done would 215's have worked? Probably but it would have been close and if the inspector was having a bad day I would have been out of luck. Still way more handling even with 205's than you could use on public roads. No regrets.

Oops almost forgot 7.5 wide they do not stick out at all. No rubbing issues at all.

OK Great. Yes regulations here in Holland are same as in Germany.... Very strict.
Think I can go for 215/40 18" because i'm only lowered by about 25 to 30mm!
Yes the current rims are 7.5wide 18in ET18, if you have the same and only lowered 25-30mm don't think it would be a problem to go 215/40/18 although 215/35/18 is a closer match to original.

Just wondering, how much did it cost u for these parts? And did u put them yourself or did some bloke at the garage do it.
The exhaust kit, is it a full kit? (if u know what i mean, dont know jack about exhausts etc..) What does it sound like, perhaps u have a video?
Thanks in advance :P
And sorry for the topic bump
edit: the DS3 logo at the front, can u take it off without having some sort of dent from where it was?
Have done all the work myself but I'm a mechanic and have the tools.
As for the logo its just stuck on, heat it up with a hairdryer and pull off It will not come off easy but it will come off doesn't leave any marks. The Citroen on the back comes off easy.
Don't take the DS3 off the back it would leave a hole.

Went to get my car remapped today.
Got up bright and early for the 2 1/2 hour drive to the tuner.
Arrived no problems clear driving all the way.
Put the car on the dyno for a base run..........
And near the end of the run the water pump on my car blows up.
I'm ****ed about the car, the tuner is ****ed about all the antifreeze running down into the dyno, everybody is throwing there hands in the air, Just fun all around.
They ordered a new pump and arranged a car for me to get home. Just thankful it happened there instead of on the autobahn and lucky they are a PSA service center so they can take care of the warranty work remap it and call me when there done.
Just NOT how I thought the day would go, pretty depressing really.

Car fixed, remap done and it feels gooood! Now accelerates all the way up and doesn't slow down for those last 15-20 mph and overtaking can be done without downshifting
