  • Beautiful car mate, good job Getting alot of inspiration from ya! Liking the cupra splitter, it fit straight on? Might have to add it to my ever growing wish list!

    • Splitter is very easy to fit. Needs to be bent slightly but it is very flexible. Just start in the middle and work out to the wheel wells and trim the last 4cm or so that stick out into the wheel well off. Simple.

      • I'd like to add the Cupra splitter to mine, my worry is that unless I also lower the suspension it will make the gap to the ground appear even bigger

        • Connors got the front splitter on his, never seen one on a DS3 mind you.

Edit - Didn't see the picture

          • Connor's DS3 is lowered though, I really liked it as FCS but I'm not planning coilovers at present

I agree that without lowering the cupra splitter would look funny. That is one of the reasons I like it is that it gives me more clearance so not hitting everything with the original piece as it would be very close to the ground on mine.

                  • Good point on the ground clearance. The standard front looks quite abit thicker than the cupra. Hmmm.

                    • The Cupra splitter easy to fit, looks fine. To the uninitiated its not noticebale TBH
Doesn't appear any different to ground to splitter clearance over the OEM

Have noticed that there are different Cooper catch cans, which one did you go for and I guess all will fit?

I Used this bolt over the fuse box that was already there.

And fabricated a mount to hold the can between the light and fuse box.

Hey cyclone, do u by any chance have the measurements for the mount ?
