With just over 2 weeks to the anticipated VTi remap, I thought I'd share some more progress pics:

I recognise some of those DS3's . How were the doughnuts Sam? I like the shark fin aerial. Were did you get it from and was it easy to do? How's the radio reception with it?

Donuts, who was doing donuts?? Not me, officer Got the shark fin off ebay, just a bit of sticky, reception is fine. Better than the bee sting aerial at least!

Update!
Remap is done: +9.5 bhp and +10nm torque.
More plastidipping being done amongst other things. 40mm lowered springs on order too

Definitely can feel the difference, pulls like a train. Just want to get my short shift installed now and some springs

Always said if I stumbled across a stupid load of money I'd do it. If the old Mini JCW is anything to go off, 200bhp should be easily manageable. And that was with a twin screw I think, good low grunt but less top end. A centrifugal style like Rotrex does with planetary gears should give it some good top end while sacrificing the lows. Use the stock DS3 intercooler for efficiency as you don't need a big one in this application, some supporting mods like fuel pump and injectors and a new intake, and you're good to go. But then the cost is stupid and you may as well buy a THP

Had them done by my local body shop. 30 quid a corner much better quality and longer lasting than any DIY attempt.
